Loro Parque and Siam Park
Loro Parque is a unique attraction with a wonderful collection of parrots, orcas, sea lions, dolphins, penguins, gorillas, chimpanzees, jaguars, tigers, alligators, sharks and other many animals from around the world, the visit will be an unforgettable experience. Also worth seeing is the orchid house where they are many beautiful examples of the species.
Loro Parque is in the north of Tenerife and is one of the main attractions on the island. It was opened in 1972 and was originally just a parrot park, which is how it got its name. Now 3,000 parrots share their home with the other animals.
Another great attraction on Tenerife is the new Siam Park. It opened on 17th September 2008, in the south of the island. It is Europe's, newest, largest and most spectacular water theme park. The unique combination of advanced technology and the exotic oriental atmosphere makes this a thrilling and exciting day-out.
