We would like to present you a small paradise in Arico El Nuevo – a pictorial village in the Southeast of Tenerife. On a land area of 2000 sqm you can find the three following houses which have all its own pool. Discover six tropical gardens with rest areas and aviaries with parrots and other exotic birds. A barbecue area is also available.
The whole complex has been carefully and sympathetically restored and furnished in the typical Canary Island colonial style.
The main house is used by the owners.
An old cave from the year 1883, about 80 sqm big, was restaured and colourfully redesigned. It can be used on various occasions: as dining room, to meditate or for seminars.
» Casa Bougainvilla
The Casa Bougainvilla was renovated in an old Spanish colonial style. Materials of the highest quality such as teakwood and mascarei from Ecuador were used for the renovation. The sink in the kitchen was built by the Canarian sculptor Francisco Peraza.
» Los Naranjos
The house „Los Naranjos“ is an old cottage, which is renovated in old Spanish colonial style as well. Precious furniture, terracotta floors and strong colours spray the typical “pure style”, which is typical for all three houses in El Arico.
» La Casita
La Casita is an old building from the 17th century which was restored as a cottage. The house has a size of approximately 114 sqm. A living room with kitchen and dining room is available.
» El Granero
The studio suite, El Granero, is in the oldest part of the building dating from the 17th Century, and served previously as a granary.
