These 5 detached houses (Casa Niagara, Casa Azul, Casa Verde, and La Casa Amarillo) are set in 8,000 sqm of land so there is plenty of privacy. As they are built on the side of the hill each property has a sea view and view of the ravine. A rocky den can be opened up for Finca parties if enough visitors show an interest.
Location
The cottages are situated in the community „Guia de Isora“, on the sunny Westside of Tenerife in about 800 m height in the small mountain village “El Jaral”. It is approximately 2 km away if you come from the main road through the vineyards along a clough. It is the perfect place to find some peace in Tenerife and to enjoy nature.
Only a few kilometres away from the airport one drives past the tourist centres of the Playa de las Americas (ca. 35 km) and Los Cristianos (ca. 20 km). Moreover you need 15 minutes to get to the next beach Playa San Juan and 5 minutes to the provincial capital Guia de Isora, where you can find supermarkets, restaurants and bars.
As the cottage is situated at a mountain slope you have a wonderful view to the Barrancos, the whole western part of Tenerife and the deep blue Atlantic sea with the green island La Gomera. Furthermore walking paths are nearby and it is only a few kilometres to the national park “Cañadas del Teide”.
The 5 free-standing houses are spread on a property, which has a size of 4000 sqm. Thus there is enough space between them.
Due to the hillside situation each house has its own unlimited view to the sea and to the clough.
A comfortable cave, which was reconstructed to a small winery serves as meeting point. Here you can get original Spanish delicacies and drinks. Because of the large size it is suitable for association excursion, events, training courses, photo shootings a. s. o. up to 20 people.
