The rural house with its 4 cottages "Casas" belongs to the village El Salto and lies approximately 300 m over sea level with wide view to the surrounding area of the Atlantic sea.

For people searching for quietness and who are close to nature this cottage is a perfect starting point for expeditions, walking-tours and a day at the beach. In years of construction time an ambience with a lot of natural stones, wood and uncountable plants are developed. In addition you can find a small Aloe Vera cultivation with approximately 1000 Aloe Vera at the cottage. Two free-standing Casas (ca. 40 sqm) – » “Casita del Patio” with a typical Spanish patio and » “Casita del Jardin” with a terrace - can be found close to the barranco where it is very quite. In the front area the main house with a » studio and the » Apartment Palmera is located.

All units are light and light-flooded. Demanding and natural furniture give the flats a comfortable living atmosphere with complete equipment.

The cottages:

» Casita del Patio From the barranco you have a view to the Casita del Patio. Casita del Patio is a flat at the Cottage La Paz. As the name suggests it has a nice patio which is perfect to relax, eat or sun.

» Casita del Jardín is the name of a stylish flat (ca. 40 sqm) with a terrace (ca. 20 sqm) As the Casita del Patio the Casita del Jardin also has two big glass front with double glass doors.

» Apartment Palmera This apartment was restored with love to detail. A comfortable living room was built in light pastel colours with a lot of wood, glass and natural stones. The whole day there is plenty of light and sun. Two terraces belong to the apartment.

» Studio Small but very nice. On 20 sqm there is a combined living - bed room with one double bed (140 x 200 cm), wardrobe, dining area, comfortable rattan chairs and a davenport.

Around the rural cottage there are approximately 200 sqm terraces of natural stone surrounded by palms and plants provided. Here you can always find a comfortable sun or shadow place. The terraces are equipped with rustic lounges, deck chairs, sunshades, hammocks and a barbeque.

Cottage La Paz has a wide garden full of subtropical plants. It provides lounges to bath in the sun, to relax, to read, to barbeque, to talk to each other or to listen to music. Furthermore you can only enjoy the most clear sunny or starry sky.


It takes about 10 minutes by car to reach the beaches El Médano or La Tejita. Further sandy beaches as Playa Los Gigantes and the Playa San Juan can be found nearby. In El Puertito which is close to the Los Cristianos there is also a beautiful sandy beach.

Further activities in the neighbourhood: dipping, fishing, swimming, sunbathing, take a walk, rambling, golf, paragliding, hiking, biking, water sports, snorkel, natural parks, boat trips to the dolphins and whales, trips by jeep, ride camels and a lot more…

Approximately 1 km away a huge number of shops are available: large supermarkets, boutiques, hairdressers as well as doctors and banks.

All kinds of restaurants are nearby. The restaurants which are located directly at the beach are particularly recommendable.
