Casita del Patio is a flat at the Cottage La Paz. As the name suggests it has a nice patio which is perfect to relax, eat or sun.
The living and dining room has a modern fitted kitchen which is completely equipped with a ceramic stove top, microwave, oven and various electronic appliances such as coffee machine, eggs boiler, kettle, juice squeezer and toaster.
In the living area a small stereo, Sat-TV with German television and radio programmes and a couch (140 x 200), which can be used as a bed, are provided.
As there are two large glass fronts with double glass doors, a lot of sun and light get into the flat and you have view to the surrounding area and the sea.
The bedroom has a romantic flair with a high sleep comfort. A huge bed measuring 140 x 200 m and a latex mattress of high quality are available.
The bathroom is equipped with a round shower and a toilet.
From the living room you get to the protected internal patio (ca. 30 sqm) with a lot of plants, lanterns, candles and outdoor furniture. Here you can either enjoy breakfast in sunshine, a glass of wine at the end of the day or the most clear starry sky. In addition the fountain plashes quietly.
In addition to the Casa del Patio you can book small separate guestroom which has an own terrace with view to the garden and the sea as well as German Sat-TV an a small stereo.
