The main feature of the Finca is the quiet setting and the unique views of the ocean and the neighbouring island of La Gomera.
The area is a haven of tranquillity due to the strict planning laws which restricts the construction of new buildings.
The lower part of the house is split into two, self-contained apartments with a separated entrance. The apartments comprise a comfortable double bedroom, a living room, an American kitchen and a bathroom.
The furnished patios can be reached from the living rooms.
The apartment
You sleep on a comfortable double bed. 1 or 2 extra beds are available on request. Bed linen and towels are provided.
There is internet access and the Sat-TV receives all the German programmes. A telephone is available on request.
Washing machines are available.

All guests can use the communal swimming pool. For young children there is a sandbox and toys.
On request we can arrange a transfer from the airport to take you directly to the Finca.
The “Casa Calma” is suitable for families with children and for the elderly. Special equipment for the disabled is available on request. Inside the premises smoking is not allowed.
Only 5 minutes away by car is the charming fishing village of “Alcalà”. There you can do your shopping, take a walk, admire the scenery or have a coffee and meet the local people. The village of Alcalà has a small bay for swimming.
„Playa de la Arena”. is just 10 minutes away and is one of the Tenerife’s most beautiful beaches.
Prices
Per night 55 € for 2 persons + 55 € for final cleaning.
Children under 12 years old are free. From 12 years each further person pays € 15 per night.
