The first studio, (44 sq.m.) is ideal for two people and is on the ground floor of the Finca. A partition separates the comfortable living room from the sleeping area.
This has two single beds which can be arranged separately or together. If it gets a bit chilly at night there is a thermostatically controlled electric heater.
In the bright kitchen there is a cooker, fridge and sink. In addition, it has a toaster, coffee machine and kettle. The other kitchen items can be found in our "equipment list”.
The bathroom offers you all the comforts of home. Towels, beach towels, bathrobes and a hair dryer are provided.
The dining area, which has a table and four chairs, has beautiful views over the garden and across the Orotava valley.
The living room opens onto a small private patio area with table and chairs. From here you have a beautiful view of the garden.

The second studio in the Finca is also on the ground floor and offers a floor space of approx. 60 sq. m. and is suitable for up to 3 people.
The comfortable living room is separated from the sleeping area by a curtain. Here there is a thermostatically controlled electric heater.
The bright kitchen leaves nothing to be desired.
It is well-equipped with a cooker with ceramic hob, an extractor hood, a fridge-freezer and a toaster, coffee machine and a kettle is included.

Prices per night
Studio 1 (44 square meters, up to 2 people): € 78.50
Studio 2 (60 square meters, up o 3 people): € 90.00
The rent is the same for 1, 2, or 3 people. In addition there is a one-off charge for the end of stay cleaning which is equivalent to one day’s rent.
The rent includes:
- Bed linen, towels, beach towels and bathrobes (changed regularly - as required)
- Weekly bathroom cleaning
- Safe with personal number in every studio
- Free Internet use (there is a guest PC in the common room, internet access in each apartment, and W-LAN in the garden)
In each apartment there is also a direct phone for German numbers. The cost of outgoing calls is billed separately according to usage. Calls to Germany cost about 5 cents per minute.
A cot, highchair and baby intercoms can be provided on request.
The availability of the home grown organic fruit and vegetables (oranges, papaya, figs, etc) varies depending on the season.
