With an area of approx. 72 mq the first apartment has a separate living area, a bedroom with double bed (180x200cm), a kitchen with a beautiful sea view and a large bathroom.
Additionally there is a separate garden patio overlooking the lawn.
The apartment is on the first floor and from the kitchen there is a beautiful view of the Atlantic Ocean.
The kitchen, with its rustic design, is equipped with a cooker with ceramic hob and extractor hood, a sink, a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, toaster and an electric kettle.
The bathroom has a shower, washbasin, WC and bidet. There is also a hair dryer.
Bed linen, bath towels, beach towels and bathrobes are all provided.
The living area of the apartment has a comfortable sofa bed (135x190cm), a dining table with 4 chairs and German SAT-TV and radio.
If the temperature drops in the evening the apartment is equipped with a thermostatically controlled electric heater.

The second apartment has a living area of 85 qm and is on the ground floor of the Finca.
In the charming living room the sofa-bed can be used as an additional sleeping place.
Next to the bedroom (with double bed) a there is a dining room.
In the living room there is satellite TV /radio and a thermostatically controlled electric heater.
The kitchen, designed in the rustic style, is well-equipped with a cooker with ceramic hob and extractor hood, a sink, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, toaster and an electric kettle.
Stairs lead up from the bedroom to the private roof terrace. From here you can enjoy the beautiful sea view.
Prices per night
Apartment 1 (72 qm; up to 4 people): 105 €
Apartment 2 (85 qm; up to 4 people): 117 €
The rent is the same for 1, 2, 3 or 4 people. In addition there is a one-off charge for the end of stay cleaning which is equivalent to one day’s rent.
The rent includes:
- Bed linen, towels, beach towels and bathrobes (changed regularly - as required)
- Weekly bathroom cleaning
- Safe with personal number in every apartment
- Free Internet use (there is a guest PC in the common room, internet access in each apartment, W-LAN in the garden)
In each apartment there is also a direct phone for German numbers. The cost of outgoing calls is billed separately according to usage. Calls to Germany cost about 5 cents per minute.
A cot, highchair and baby intercoms can be provided on request.
The availability of the home grown organic fruit and vegetables (oranges, papaya, figs, etc) varies depending on the season.
