Definitely one of the most beautiful Fincas of Tenerife. Near Puerto de la Cruz, a beach within walking distance, amidst lush vegetation, you can enjoy the magnificent views over sea, coastline and Mount Teide. I would especiallylike to recommend this cottage, as we get a lot of positive feedback from guests that visit us frequently.
- With its own coast, breathtaking views of the sea and two sandy beaches practically on the doorstep
- “Rincon” means quite corner. Here you have still the possibility to enjoy peace and quiet. Not until you reach the coast of America will you find cars and factories – here you can still enjoy really fresh air.
- However, you can reach Puerto de la Cruz on foot along a beautiful route close to the sea in approximately half an hour. By car it will take about ten minutes. Nearby you can also find a bus stop and taxis are economical.

The surroundings are unspoilt, a part is kept as a garden with different types of fruit tress, a small banana plantation - all organically grown -, ther are palm trees, pine trees, araucarias, tabaibas, flowers, a pond with a barbecue and picnic area, and lawns for sun bathing. 4-leaved clover grows next to the pond.

You can choose between:
* Studios (S): 1 room, approx. 22 - 33 sq. m, small patio, Sat-TV
* Standard Apartments (N): 1 living room and 1 bedroom, approx. 40 - 50 sq. m., terrace approx 20 - 30 sq. m., for up to 4 people, Sat-TV
* Large Apartments (G): 3 rooms, approx 90 sq. m., a large living/dining room with Sat-TV, a kitchen on the upper floor, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the lower floor, terraces approx 50 and 20 sq. m., for up to 6 people.
* La Castia "small cottage" (C) - 1 room, approx. 30 qm, small terrace, good location, Sat-TV
The apartments will be cleaned once a week.

Cots are available for babies. All apartments (including studios) have either a kitchen or a kitchenette. All rooms have a window looking out onto the terrace with sea views.
Outdoor furniture for the terraces and patios is included as well as deck chairs with cushions.
Usually you can get fresh rolls in the morning. A shopping and laundry service is available. A bar and two restaurants are only a few minutes walk away. Furthermore a kiosk with drinks and snacks can be found at the nearby beach. A café with panoramic views can be reached by climbing the hill. If you like you can walk to Puerto de la Cruz once or twice a week, go shopping there and return to your cottage by an inexpensively taxi.

For an extra person: 10 €
Children under 3 years are free and under 13 years 5 euros.
We charge one additional night to cover our one-off costs such as cleaning the apartment at the end of your stay or for change the apartment. If more than one rate applies to your stay, we charge the lower/lowest rate.
