Finca Los Roques was restored 4 years ago and is situated near the small villages of Pedro Alavarez and Tegueste. Within the grounds there are many chestnut trees and outside the perimeter there are laurel bushes and eucalyptus trees. From the house there is a beautiful view of the surrounding villages and the Anaga Mountains.
The city of La Laguna (a UNESCO World Heritage Site) is 5 km away, the beach resort of Bajamar 9 km. Finca Los Roques is a spectacular starting point for long walking tours in to the mountains of Anaga.
The large living room has a comfortable sofa, a desk with a laptop computer (especially for the guests) with WLAN. For guests who wish to bring their own laptop there is a wireless connection (WiFi). Besides the TV with international programmes there is a DVD player. In the drawer of the side table there is important information about Tenerife and several brochures about the area surrounding Los Roques
The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, kitchen utensils, cutlery and crockery – in fact everything you need to make a tasty meal at home.
The extendable dining table seats six people. The property is tastefully decorated.
The bedrooms have a double bed (150 x 200), two bedside cabinets with lamps and a large wardrobe.
The large windows and give the room a light and airy feel, it is painted light yellow. The decoration and accessories make the bedroom a comfortable and relaxing environment.
The bathroom is tiled and has a wooden floor, basin, WC, bath with shower, hair dryer and lots of storage space. A washing machine and a laundry rack are in a separate room. Guests will also be provided with bed linen and towels.
Three different garden areas invite the guests to have a picnic, sunbathe or have a BBQ. Children will have a lot of fun, using the swing, playing and running around outside. It is also possible to rent toys and a padding pool.
