What makes Casa Teide very special is its location in the National Park, Las Cañadas del Teide, 2,000 metres above sea level and surrounded by a unique landscape.
This three bedroom house can accommodate up to six people so it is perfect for families or small groups. There is parquet floor throughout and it has been redecorated in a pleasant shade of blue.
The living room and the patio offer incredible uninterrupted views of the Teide, which at 3,817m is the highest peak in Spain. There is no doubt that you will enjoy your stay in this unforgettable place in such a dramatic location!
On entering the house through large double doors you come into a spacious 25 m2 living/dining room which includes a seating area with two comfortable sofas. Not only does the natural stone fireplace make the room special but there is also an amazing view of the Teide through a high level window in the dining area.
Imagine yourself relaxing on the sofa in front of the log fire, chatting with friends, reading a book or listening to the CD player. (A television with Spanish channels is provided but due to the altitude the reception is variable.)
Next to the living room is a brightly-tiled, fitted kitchen which includes a fridge/freezer and gas cooker. It is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils.

Through the hallway there are three bedrooms, (two double and one with twin beds) and the bathroom. In the twin room at the end of the hallway there are two single beds (90 x 200) and shelves for storage.
The other two bedrooms are equipped with double beds and shelves. The bedroom on the left at the end of the hallway has a door which leads directly onto the patio.
As it can get quite cold at night all the bedrooms are equipped with a gas-fuelled fan heater.
In the bathroom – painted in the tone of beige – there is a shower, hand basin, toilet and bidet. A bathroom cabinet provides storage space for toiletries.
The large furnished patio can be accessed from the living room and one of the bedrooms. From there you can enjoy spectacular views of the Teide and the surrounding landscape.
There is a high level of security on the windows and doors. All windows have shutters with double locks and the front door and back door are secured with crossbars.
As the property is in a conservation area a generator and a water pump provide you with hot water and electricity. Parking space is available.

One off-cost such as for final cleaning, water and electricity: 100 €.
