This little house (50 sqm) is one of only four houses in a banana plantation in the area of "El Rincón" next to the popular vacation destination Puerto de la Cruz. It is situated admidst green nature surrounded by bambus and banana trees. From the terrace you can enjoy a view over the slopes down to Bollullo Bay and Bollullo Beach with its' black sand that is known only by a few tourists.
The house ist tastefully restored and equipped. Living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom are small but comfortable. Sat-TV and washing machine at your disposal. We recommend to hire a car.
Bollullo-Strand unterhalb der Finca
To Bollullo Beach you have a 100m bee-line. The way goes downward in serpentines. By car you might need 10 min, walking half an hour.

Over Christmas (24.12. to 06.01.) and Easter (Monday before Easter until Easter Monday) a supplement of 25% will be charged.
We charge the price of one additional night for one-off costs such as final cleaning.
